“Life of a Soldier” tells of the extraordinary circumstances GIs faced on the front lines during Wold War II.

Produced for the award-winning traveling exhibition “Ours to Fight For,” it is one of 14 original documentary films chronicling World War II veterans’ stories and experiences.  The films, along with  artifacts, personal quotes, letters, and photographs, tell the story of the American GI at war from a very personal perspective.  These films won the 2003 Award of Excellence from the National Association of Museum Exhibitions.
